Cryengine Problems! :(

1. At first, after importing my sketchup model to cryengine, my person couldn't stand on the building (i.e. falls through my surface)

2. A day later, I can't even import my sketchup to cryengine. Hence I can't put in my final model (basically the same as the one in the photo, but with textures).
Worst case scenario, I would have to show my final model with textures through sketchup, and use the draft one in cryengine
